How to cancel your Zitadel subscription?

Downgrading your Zitadel account from a paying subscription model to the free tier.

You can cancel your subscription and downgrade to a free account in our customer portal.
Navigate to Billing and select Cancel your plan. 

After the downgrade some paid features will not be available and might be deleted, including:

  • Custom domains

  • Hosting in PRO-only regions

  • Multiple instances
