Change Zitadel Cloud Instance Region

Is it possible to change the region of my instance?

Currently, changing an existing instance from one region to another is not supported.

As an alternative, you can:

  1. Export your entire instance data (including users).

  2. Re-import that data into a newly created instance in your target region (for example, a US instance).

  3. Delete the old instance.
