Zitadel Enterprise Pricing Metrics Overview
Unlimited tenants and users are included in the base price.
The Enterprise pricing model consists of a foundation (Minimum Annual Contract Value) and additional, usage-based components (Expected Annual Contract Value elements and unit prices). Unlimited tenants and users are included in the base price. Usage based metrics center around IDP connections and configured security policies.
What's included in Enterprise?
Platform usage

- Turnkey Login (Our UI) and Custom Login (Your UI, Our APIs)
- All available authentication factors such as Password, Passkeys, OTP, Device flow

Support and availability guarantees

Minimum Annual Contract Value (MACV)
The MACV sets the baseline cost for the Enterprise contract. This minimum value is calculated as the sum of:

Additional, non-discounted features or services that are factored into the minimum cost. The add-ons include- Extended support and availability SLAs

Expected Annual Contract Value (EACV) based on usage
The EACV is an estimation of the total annual cost, which includes the base price, add-ons and usage based metrics.
Usage based costs include:

Platform: Costs related to scaling core platform units number of B2C or M2M organizations, External IDP connections, LDAP connections, SCIM connections, or custom domains (cloud only).

Policies: Costs related to applying various security policies (e.g., Enforce Factors, Password Complexity) per organization.

Workflows: Costs associated with configured Actions/workflows (priced per unit).
Effective cost
Customers will pay the sum of base price, add-ons, and usage based items. Discounts are applied to the price of line items.
In case EACV is less than the minimum contract value (MACV), then the MACV will be charged. When the EACV exceeds the MACV, customers will be charged the total amount of base cost, add-on costs, and usage based cost.
