How can you change the language in UI and notifications?
ZITADEL always prioritizes a seamless experience by delivering interfaces and communications in each user's preferred language. If a user's language preference isn't specified either in the profile or through the browser, the system will automatically revert to the instance’s default language, ensuring clarity at every touchpoint.
As an admin, you can tailor which languages are available by adjusting your instance settings—just drag allowed languages to the left column to enable them, while languages on the right remain hidden from user selection.
Set your default fallback language to guarantee that users see this language when neither their browser nor personal profile specifies a preference. This flexible approach enhances accessibility, aligns with global compliance requirements, and ensures your applications speak every user's language—by design.
