Do you offer support for self-hosting?

Yes, we provide support for self-hosting under an enterprise agreement.

You will get access to our private support and we offer support SLA based on your needs up to 24x7h and as low as 1 hour response time. Besides the SLA we also offer access to technical account management which gives you direct access to our engineers for a set amount of time per week for questions around architecture, integration, performance optimization, migration and more. We offer onboarding support for ZITADEL Enterprise subscriptions.
