Account Preferences: Managing Team Names, Notifications, and Deletion
In Settings, you can change your team name, update notification preferences, or delete your team account entirely.

Team Name
To change your ZITADEL Cloud team name, enter a new name in the text field and click the Change button to confirm your updates.
Notifications and Newsletters
You can manage your subscriptions for various communication types:

Onboarding: Helpful information for new users getting started.

Newsletter: Regular updates regarding the ZITADEL ecosystem.

Product News: Notifications about new features and product updates.

Security: Critical alerts related to security issues.
Technical Advisories
If you want to stay up to date on major technical developments, we recommend subscribing to our mailing list here.
Technical advisories report significant issues with ZITADEL Self-Hosted or the ZITADEL Cloud platform that could impact the security or stability of your production environment. You can manage these subscriptions at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of our emails.
Mandatory Information
Note: ZITADEL is required to inform you of changes to our Terms of Service or updates based on regulatory requirements. You cannot unsubscribe from these mandatory service notifications.
Delete Team
Permanently delete your ZITADEL Cloud account. Please be aware that this action will delete your team and all associated data. To proceed, click Delete Account and confirm the action in the following step.
